Soviet Disabler -class Heavy destroyer assaulted by troopsPlaytestings just keep bringing up issues that need to be solved. As there's many different features in the advanced game, and lots of different features interact with other features, there's lots of details that need to be thought of and clarified in the rules. And even if the release would be delayed, what I DON'T want to do is to release a half-ready game.

My original plan was to make the release during the spring, or during the summer at latest. What I hadn't realized was that there needs to be periods when the game must let just be. After a passive period, one can get a totally new view to things, and development can leap forward again.

I still have hopes for releasing the game before RopeCon ( THE Finnish gaming convention, http://www.ropecon.fi ) - where I WILL be demoing it. But what I don't dare to hope is to have a print release of it. I'm trying to make the game downloadable to pdf stores when it gets ready, so for start it will likely be download & print -game.

But it's summer already, and there's still a huge amount of work to do. The final situation during RopeCon will be seen when the even is getting close.
